TM Master Fleet Management Suite is continuously enhanced with new modules and functionality. Here you will find information about the latest features in TM Master and the modules that are coming soon.
This module enables
the ability to move both components and stock (stock
locations) from any unit in the fleet to any other unit
in the fleet.
The
process includes the utilization of a pro forma invoice,
creating a formal document and record of all movements
together with details of the package sizes.
When
transferring components from one unit to another, all
important associated data (such as job history,
connected spareparts etc.) is also transferred, but will
also be available on the original unit (through the
movable assets module).
Movable components can be categorised so that
replication data can be filtered for those units that
are not required to receive information concerning
specific types of movable components (e.g. A seismic
vessel would not wish to receive information concerning
ROV or Diving categorised components)

An
accident occurs. A near-accident occurs. Pollution is
discovered.
Why
did it happen? How often does it happen? What has to be
done? Which consequences did it have? How to avoid it
happening again?
Many
questions, one solution - TM
Incidents.
Tero
Marine has developed a powerful tool in the TM Master
Fleet Management Suite to handle the challenges
connected to safety management. The module
Incidents is the first part of the comprehensive HSEQA
module in TM Master.
The
incidents must be dealt with practically; registered,
followed-up, analysed and reported. Initially, the on
board personnel register the incident and the
information is replicated to the office. Authorised
personnel either on board or at the office set the
required actions and approve the incident.
The
on board personnel perform the required actions and
close the incident by verification.

The
overview panes provide a cross-fleet overview of the
incidents, how many there are and which status they
have. You can also view the dates of registration for
the incidents and the estimated time for completion
presented in a timeline overview.
Through the use of TM Incidents and Failure reporting,
you can create a broad awareness and consciousness about
safety. This in turn will lower the incident repeat
frequency and have a positive effect on the global
safety level of your fleet of vessels.
A flexible work permit system assures that good safety
practices and HSEQ standards are followed when carrying
out maintenance routines. The system can be used both in
conjunction with an existing paper system, and as a
stand-alone electronic system.
Monitor crew members’ minimum hours of rest, in
accordance with international rules and regulations.

Consequence analysis provides an accurate and detailed
overview of the different levels of consequence in
connection with the potential loss of function of the
equipment. The analysis gives the possibility to
register consequence classification in compliance with
future demands for classification of components.
