TM Claims
Efficient claims management
TM Claims enables you to report and manage warranty claims connected to newbuildings or components on board your fleet.
Create new warranty claims and report these to office and/or to supplier. Follow the claim status in the overview pane. The reminder function prompts you to pursue unresolved claims according to user defined rules.
For any given claim, you may enter a full length description, and append documents in a variety of different file formats, such as photographs, videos or text documents. You may furthermore indicate cause, and report any corrective action that may have been taken.
The history function gives you a complete overview of claims connected to any given component, including dates, causes and supplier information.
The Fleet Management view presents you with a comprehensive overview of all claims connected to any of your vessels. This greatly facilitates follow up and keeps you in control.
TM Claims has been designed with the end user in mind. A well arranged and intuitive user interface ensures that all major functions and information is readily available at all time.
TM Claims is fully integrated with the other applications in the TM Master V2 Suite, and the use of a common database guarantees that data redundancy is minimised. A powerful replication engine ensures that data is replicated between ship and office at a frequency defined by the user.
