TM Crew

TM Crew is a powerful tool for efficient crew management. The module is designed to support personnel work on board as well as on shore, making crew planning an easier task.

Manage your personnel

Manage, edit and report personal information about your crew members,
such as:

  • Personal data
  • Passport and discharge book
  • Employment history
  • Next of kin
  • Customs declaration
  • Certificates
  • Vaccinations
  • Training

Organise crew activities

Plan future crew changes and activities, for one or several crew members at a time. The module also provides a graphic planning tool with possibilities for on-screen adjustments.

Hours of work and hours of rest

Monitor crew members' minimum hours of rest, in accordance with international rules and regulations.

Competence and qualifications

Register crew members' education, courses and certificates, former employers and scope of experience. Make sure that joining personnel hold the qualifications that are required by the ship owner, charterer and authorities.

Safety and health

TM Crew has a strong focus on personnel safety. Plan all aspects for an emergency situation, such as muster stations, lifeboats and emergency roles. The module also allows for registering of vaccines and health certificates with dates for renewal.

User access

Powerful administration tools restrict user access to sensitive data, and protect the information from unauthorised use. Each crew member can have read and edit access to their own profile, allowing them to update central data such as contact details.

Approval and reporting

TM Crew ensures fleet compliance with ISPS code, and facilitates reporting to the office, charterer or government authorities. The module comes with a powerful report engine, providing the user with various administrative reports:
