Tero Marine offers training in Manila

Tero Marine AS has commenced an agreement with the Norwegian Training Centre in Manila, in connection with the training of crew in the use of Tero Marine’s software suites. The agreement covers training of both new and old versions of TM Master.

The Norwegian Training Centre (NTC-M) is owned by a foundation established by The Norwegian Shipowners' Association. The centre has been in business for a number of years, and has educated a large number of Philippine sailors who work on Norwegian ships. NTC-M offers both technical courses and training tailored for navigators, for example in the form of simulated ship operations.

Tero Marine has in the last few years registered an increased demand for training in this region. –The choice to use NTC-M as a local collaborating partner, was for us very easy, according to training administrator Bjørg Guttormsen. –The Centre has a very high professional competence and offers training of high quality. In this way we feel confident that the training needs of our customers are attended to in the best way possible.
