Upgrading Solstad Offshore ASA

Tero Marine AS have commenced an agreement with the Norwegian offshore company Solstad Offshore ASA, to upgrade their system for planned maintenance and purchasing to the latest edition of TM Master V2. The agreement covers the 7 vessels that were transferred from Rem Offshore ASA to Solstad Offshore: Normand Titan, Normand Commander, Normand Trym, Normand Fortress, Normand Corona, Normand Vibran and Normand Clough. The contract includes the upgrading from TM Master to the newest version of TM Master V2, the implementation of TM Purchase and the integration of TM Master V2 with the ShipNet ERP and ShipServ ordering system.

Solstad Offshore ASA delivers maritime services to oil related offshore businesses worldwide, based on special tonnage. Solstad specialise on vessels for underwater construction and have a fleet of 35 advanced vessels and 6 new builds. They are currently in a state of strong growth internationally.

Conversion of the vessels to TM Master V2 has been conducted continuously throughout September 2009 and was completed October 2009. Tero Marine AS are looking forward to continuing their cooperation with one of Norway’s largest offshore companies.
