Educated at the Norwegian School of Economics and the University of Bergen, Hårvei has broad experience from a variety of managerial positions. CEO at Tero Marine since 2007.
Jan G. Korsøen, Sales and Marketing Manager
A co-founder of Tero Marine AS, Jan Korsøen has worked with the company since 1986. Korsøen has been the driving force behind enhancing the company's client base. He is currently manager of marketing and sales.
Petter Eldøen, Chief Software Engineer
Petter Eldøen has been with Tero Marine for a decade in various capacities. He is currently employed as Chief Software Engineer, and head of our Software Development Department.
Helge Skorve, Customer Care Manager
Skorve has been employed at Tero Marine since 2007, and today heads the Customer care Department.
Kristian Hj. Falch, Senior Software Engineer
A co-founder of Tero Marine AS and the developer of the former flagship product, SK- Master. Kristian Falch was the driving force in the development of the first release of the TM Master software, today installed on board more than 1,200 vessels world-wide. Falch is currently engaged in the development of the new generation of TM Master.
Torbjørn Svensson, Software Engineer
Svensson has previously worked for the Royal Norwegian Navy. He joined Tero Marine in 2006, and is an integral part of the TM Master v2 development team.
Even Falch, Sales
Employed at Tero Marine since 2000, Falch is currently part of the Customer Care team with a particular responsibility for support and IT services.
Cato Ulveseter, Customer Care Consultant
Ulveseter comes to Tero Marine with varied experience from tele-based support services. Ulveseter is currently responsible for our online help-desk services.
Astrid Birkeland, Customer Care Consultant
Birkeland has developed user manuals, tutorials and guides to the TM Master v2 program suite. Furthermore, she has a particular focus on our training programmes, both in her capacity as instructor and in terms of developing training materials.
Arild Hopland, Customer Care Consultant
Hopland joined Tero Marine as recently as January 2008. He assumes a particular responsibility for tele-based support.
Trond Bjordal, IT Engineer
Trond Bjordal works with our development department, testing the TM Master v2 Fleet Managment system. He joined Tero Marine in 2002. Bjordal has previously worked with testing and inspection of various equipment on offshore installations.
Bjarte Solvang, Implementation Manager 17.10.2007
Solvang is responsible for database building and -conversion as well as on-board implementation of the TM Master program suite.
Darren White, Implementation Engineer 16.01.2008
White is a qualified navigator and engineer, formerly employed in the British merchant fleet. He joined Tero Marine in 2007, and is responsible for the building and on board implementation of TM Master databases.
Bjørg Guttormsen, Administration Manager 16.01.2008
Bjørg joined Tero Marine in 2006. She currently heads the back office team at our head office.
