About Tero Marine

In the mid 1980s, as the shipping industry started to embrace the potential of a budding information society, Tero Marine was born. Our vision was - and still remains - to turn a millennium of maritime tradition and knowledge into management systems, catering for the growing demands of an industry in an ever more complex world.

Our philosophy is simple: The TM Master system increases management control, significantly reduces operational complexity, thus enabling shipowners to reduce the cost of operations whilst retaining the value of their assets.

In the maritime world, one size does not fit all. That is why we belive in flexibility. The TM Master system has been designed to cater for the individual needs of every shipowner, from a single coastal fishing vessel to a fleet of tankers operating globally. Today, our solutions cover all aspects of maintenance, procurement, inventory control and crew management. All the modules in the TM Master system are seamlessly integrated, which means that all relevant information is shared by every module. One point of data entry - multiple points of retrieval.

The software is adaptable to any daily routine and business processes, our graphic user interface ensures control at a glance and is very easy to navigate. From our base in Bergen, Norway, we have grown to become a global player.
